‘Retouch’ to compete at Cyprus Int’l Film Festival

Iran short film ‘Retouch’ has been scheduled to go on the silver screen at the 13th edition of Cyprus Film Festival.

The Iranian prize winner short film is to attend the international film event in Cyprus.

Directed by Kaveh Mazaheri and produced by the Iranian Young Cinema Society, ‘Retouch’ is about a young woman whose husband dies before her eyes and she just observes the tragic scene.

The film has so far participated in many international film festivals, winning several awards and nominations.

The Cyprus International Film Festival (CYIFF) is an annual film festival held in Cyprus. The festival takes place in Nicosia and Pafos in cooperation with the Cultural International Festivals. The International Film Festival of Cyprus operates since 2006 as an independent non-profit organization. 

The event is slated for June 23-July 1, 2018, in Cyprus. It is currently underway.
